For Ms.Crabtree
The book that I am reading right now is titled I'll Be Seeing You by Lurlene McDaniel. This book...is pretty much a romance story, haha. I think this book is trying to tell us that it is best if you don't assume things quickly. You should be able to tell the truth and not think that everyone/everything is the same. There's many different kind of people in the world, majority of the people may think the same, but that's only majority. Well, I don't know what point I'm trying to get to right now, BUT... this story is about a teenage girl Carley Mattea. She had a facial deformity in a young age, and is currently staying at the hospital because of her injured leg. During her time in the hospital, she met a teenage boy named Kyle Westin, who was in the hospital because he became blinded temporaily. Carley and Kyle started to get close to each other, talking about many different kind of things, and during this process, Carley expreienced a feeling she had never felt before with a guy. Since Carley's faced was scarred in an abnormal way, no guys have ever talked to her the way Kyle did. Eventually Kyle regain his vision back, and Carley avoided him as much as she can. Leaving the hospital, trying to have no contact with him ever again... In the hospital Carley made her sister pretend that she was Carley to impress Kyle's friends, etc. In the end, Kyle talked to Carley, saw her scarred face, and of course Kyle didn't saw what he expected. Carley told him how if she told him all along that her face was that way, that he wouldn't even wanted to talk to her, and similar things like that. Kyle, of course wasn't expecting that, but he told her that she could've just told him the truth, that she should've belived in him, etc. Well, I'm up to there, I'll start reading it now, haha.
